OLEOTEK showed up to the call of Thetford Hospital and joined with local partners to manufacture 1309 liters of hand sanitizer. This first batch of formula, made from 99% isopropyl alcohol from Solutions Chemco inc. and bottled by Prolab Technolub Inc., has been delivered free of charge to the hospital in order to support the hospital personnel in their fight.

OLEOTEK’s whole team has been mobilised to transform our research operations into a manufacturing unit in a record time of one and a half week. All efforts have been deployed, from the engineering to the scientific and administrative team to insure a top quality infrastructure, formula and to get the Health Canada approval and permits. Thanks to all partners in this adventure.

OLEOTEK now continues to contribute by making hand sanitizer at cost for local needs.
